Lake P would greatly benefit from an annual introduction of freshwater into its basin. Either via Bonne Carre, Maurepus project, or La Branche. Latter two would be best due to the filtration of nutrients before hitting lake.
Everywhere in South LA would benefit from the fresh water/nutrients from the river, just hasn't been implemented on a large scale yet
