I fish everywhere.Hell,Buras is my favorite place to fish. It's because of the proximity to the states two most populated cities which makes the estuary more crowded as far as fishermen goes.
But,I have no scientific data to support my observations so just take em as so,just an opinion.

got ya!! Personal experience is usually more beneficial than stats anyway. 
I only questioned it because I know you fish that area a lot I thought maybe some entity had actually studied it.
