with the addition of 2 teams we obviously only play 2 from the other division. LSU and any other team that has a top 6 permanent is going to get screwed a lot. the rotating foe just doesn't appear very often on one's schedule. bama has skated the last two years and they are going to skate a hell of a lot more in the future while LSU (and florida and maybe another) will always have one and almost half the years have 2 top teams to face.

there is a post now that identifies the man that put this schedule together as a bama graduate and strong bama fan.

all other things equal, LSU and Florida have a much tougher road to get to atlanta and therefore the nc. this cannot be allowed to be a permanent future fixture. this is the sec blatantly favoring one team over others.

we need to get rid of the permanent opponent and rotate them all if we are going to stick with 8 conference games. it is the only fair way to schedule this league.

I'm sure the SEC will set the schedule so that Bama doesn't have to face East powerhouses except once every several decades.
But no matter what that Bama/Tennessee rivalry MUST be protected.

The sec just needs to say fuk it and play every team in the league.

Whoever is left with a 0 in the L column wins

Need to get rid of the perm, and go to 9 conference games, which will probably never happen. A 14 team league, it's hard to be "fair" without expanding the conference schedule.
