I like all of our 3* guys this year.

Swanson(if he sticks) fits the FB position perfectly and will continue the dominant FB role we've had the last few years

Dodd-size, strength and work ethic. Can't ask for more from an OL recruit. Those 3 things usually determine which OL kids play and which ones don't.

Patterson-I think he's the gem of the DE group. Love his frame and athletic ability. Also a good kid that will work his arse off to be the best he can be. Star if he gets the development he needs. He and Hunter off the edge will be deadly. Very reminiscint of Monty and Mingo but not quite as freakish in terms of ability. Maybe more productive long term however.

Neal-Classic overachiever and blue collar guy. Lacks anything that would stand out to scouts but yet still makes plays. One of those kids that are the exception to the rule. I think he plays next year and every year he is a Tiger. Special teams and pass rush specialist.

Melvin Jones- If he controls his weight, he'll be a stud imo. That thumping MLB that everyone likes. Not gonna say he will be as good as Minter but I do think he's a better natural talent than Minter.
