I still 
@ Blake suddenly showing up at Wayne's house and gives his little elevator speech and immediately knows that Wayne is Batman.
My only beef with this movie was the amount of coincidences it had.

Almost 70% of Star Wars was about Darth Vader in an antagonist role. The vast majority of Dark Knight Rises is about Bane and his role as an antagonist.
It doesn't matter who shows up at the end or who is actually in charge. The movies clearly centered around Bane and Darth Vader and they are considered to be focal characters. That makes them the main antagonist in those movies.
