Man I love the double goalpost etc. I am not slamming LSU traditions, but it can be so damn distracting. If someone is running down the field it is just a ton of numbers going by and you have to try to figure out where the hell they are. I applaud Mike getting hauled around in a cage with a bunch of cheerleaders on top, and every other game day tradition LSU has. Just don't make it annoying as hell to watch a game. I married an LSU girl so I watch pretty much all of them.
I put the every 5 yard numbering slightly below smurf turf.
ETA: to relate to this thread, HG had to do so much extra work because of it.
