Depends if the turkeys are side by side, or one above the other. The one closer to the heat source may cook quicker than the one above, or vice versa, depending on where the heat concentrates in your cooker. Try rotating about half way through, if one above the other, and you will find that the cook time will be relatively close to recommended duration. Also, as suggested, get a meat thermometer to read internal temp.

I use thermometers..just dont want to have any surprises...got a 14 and 12 ..
Putting 12 top rack and 14 lower rack
