Another turkey question

when smoking two turkeys on an electic smoker...does the cooking time (30 minute per lb.) remain the same or do you have to adjust?

You should be using meat thermometers, so your question is irrelevant.

Depends if the turkeys are side by side, or one above the other. The one closer to the heat source may cook quicker than the one above, or vice versa, depending on where the heat concentrates in your cooker. Try rotating about half way through, if one above the other, and you will find that the cook time will be relatively close to recommended duration. Also, as suggested, get a meat thermometer to read internal temp.
