I'm really trying to figure out why no one is talking about this young man.
No ranking or buzz....
Led the state in rushing with 2,094 yards and 26 touchdowns this season.
Has anyone seen anything on him?
Just curious since he is a local kid.

Lsu has made it clear that he is on the radar. They have been in contact, especially as a special teams player. One of the sleeper guys in the state. Won't get a commitable offer unless we lose out on the other guys on the radar. Him along with a tight end from rummel are the two sleeper guys that the staff is in contact with.

Grade problems, that is why he is not being heavily recruited. This came from a recruiter.

I see, tks for the heads up.
It would be a shame to lose this kid to an out of state school but sometimes there are only so many spots.
He is also high on basketball as well, not sure where his heart is today with the success he has had this year.

Young man best get his head in the books if he wants to be successful.

Nice tone dude.
Don't know the young man just read about him in the paper.
Best check that disposition; you could be another of those 47%.

If you have 247, there's a great article about this kid.

No sorry, I don’t have any subscriptions was just really interested if he was being looked at.
But if the kid has grade issues sounds like he needs to get his business right before football.
Thanks for the heads up.

Just a great story about the kid's character. Sounds like an outstanding person.

This thread had potential... Now it sucks.
Where's the Thanksgiving love? I'm thankful for a recruiting board that doesn't cost me a cent.

That’s what I hear, he is a good kid and obviously a great athlete but grade are much more important.
I hope he gets his academics corrected and can go on to play college ball.

All I did was ask a question, thought this was a place where we could get some type of info on our state kids.
I appreciate the info some of the posters gave but there is always a few, who for some reason, feel the need to act like a child.
Thanks again to those who have been helpful.

From what I understand it's not a grade issue but an eligibility issue in regards to playing his senior year. He's trying to finish up high school in 3 years because he will be 19 before his senior year and not eligible to play.
Aside from that, LSU has been in contact. He's been to their camps and he's on their radar.
