I know most of the programs in N La that have been mentioned have great strength and conditioning programs. I wonder if that could be the difference?

I think this is the most improtant factor. It is a big deal in North LA. I wonder how they handle the summer workouts down there as well? Im not sure the players buy in as much. There is just not much else to do here in the North.

Football teams with mandatory summer workout programs at the school are pretty much the norm these days. Hasn't always been that way.

You have schools in EBR School system whose kids can't get rides because they are bused in during the school year.
