I loved B-5 but I'm surprised that its getting multiple mentions here. The overall story arc was second to none but the acting was just so uneven. The series-long uncertainty over renewal took a toll on continuity as well. Its still the high point of the space opera genre though.
(Some of the acting was A+, some wasn't good at all.)
