From the perspective of an employee? Private health insurance premiums will continue to rise for another year or two. The degree to which you are affected largely depends on your employers willingness to share the burden. The government option will be made available in 14' as I remember it. In principle this would create competition in which the consumer(you) is the ultimate benefactor. We'll see how that plays out. As a new entry to the workforce, you'll have not experienced the lower cost insurance of years ago so the point may be moot.
From a taxation standpoint, the consensus is that taxes will rise by some degree for all and to a larger degree for some high earners.
