Nelson's early-week plan was to test out the hamstring in Friday's practice. He didn't even make enough progress in his recovery for that, indicating Nelson is highly unlikely to face Arizona. Look for James Jones and Randall Cobb to start in two-receiver sets Sunday, with Donald Driver and rookie Jarrett Boykin again sharing the third wideout role. Nelson should get three weeks of downtime for the hamstring to heal. Green Bay has a Week 10 bye.
