O-line play and qb play go together. You do realize at least that, right?

Then don't pay, the waiting list is 5000 deep. You will be replaced quick fast and in a hurry.

I'm still confused as to what a "defence" is and where your confidence comes from.

BUT

You're disparaging your family name with this poor post.

I dont give a shite how well the O line plays, if the QB cant complete a forward pass it doesnt matter

Well they usually go hand in hand. Also, if you have followed the team closely as you say then you will know that the quarterback can complete a forward pass. One BIG problem has been the drops by the receivers.

Also, I don't care if he throws TD passes or not as long as we move the ball and win. If he goes 12-19 and 130 yds without a TD and without an INT and we win the game, I'm happy. All he has to do is keep the chains moving.

He has shown the ability to do that although inconsistently. No one is going to mistake our offense for the New Orleans Saints but with our running game, defense and special teams it doesn't have to be.

rational comments as to why LSU will succeed

Being a fan has nothing to do with some bullshite detached rationality; it's about passion, devotion, unconditional love & support.

You could rationally think your wife is kinda dumb and uneducated and about 30 lbs. south of having a good figure, but you don't tell her; you smile and say "No, honey, that dress doesn't make you look fat, I think you're sexy, let's go." That's the same rose-colored glasses you put on to cheer your team.

5 min. to go in the Broncos game, Drew Brees had 143 yds. passing, and after a long meaningless drive ended up w/ 213. So I say Mett has a REALISTIC chance of having better stats than Brees' last game. When's the last time we could say that about an LSU QB???

"I believe we could win" is positive energy, "I hope we win" should be your position, "I bet we lose" is childish sour grapes. Grow up.

And for Chist's sake, if you're going to pretend to be knowledgable about football, then learn to spell d-e-f-e-n-S-e...you're too dumb to be British.

Honestly, it would not shock me if he completes more total passes to Bama DBS than to lsu wrs. Ant yes, at least 1 will be a pick 6
