I agree. Take a look at these recruiting rankings since 2009 (Rivals), and then compare where the two teams are right now...
Texas recruiting rankings since 2009 -
2009 - 5th
2010 - 3rd
2011 - 3rd
2012 - 2nd
Kansas State recruiting rankings since 2009 -
2009 - 92nd
2010 - 63rd
2011 - 68th
2012 - 58th
