Avoid Philly WRs bc of the weather??

Trying to decide between Maclin and D. Moore. Leaning towards Moore bc of the rainy/windy weather in Philly.

Moore was quiet last game (just 3 catches) but he did get a TD. Maclin has the ability to have huge games but also has been inconsistent.

Maclin was hurt earlier in the year but once healthy had a nice game. I think Maclin is back to every week starter status in most leagues, just not to high on him with the weather today. Im starting Maclin but thats only because my other WR's are Desean Jackson, Hartline, and Josh Gordon. Im having a hard time deciding between Maclin and Gordon today.
