My son at 8 knows bad choices which evidently a TM7 at 21 does not. Call it dumb but wait til you have kids. It changes your view on shite you thought was not a big deal. Going gets tough is cancer, unemployment, etc. Not becoming a dope head, getting a second chance and having your friends over for a get high session knowing it may cost you everything.

Your son should probably throw away almost every jersey he's ever owned to be consistent and not naive.

Get back to us when he turns 21 and has navigated the hazards of young adulthood successfully.

Proud of your son too and excellent response from you to the people rattling on about being a quitter. Tyrann made a huge mistake and I'm glad an 8-year-old can realize that (and nervous that someone likely 18+ would call them a "quitter"). I hope Tyrann hasn't "quit" and that he can get his life together, but he won't have another chance at our school and that's a shame for how much support he had. That's why an 8-year-old's jersey is in the trash.
