Apparently you guys aren't listening. Bama defense need silence to work for them. When their crowd is loud they mess up and have miscues. They have a powerful defense yes but it is a very finely tune one and require complete silence.

I would say that is pretty smart of kirby smart. The bama defense does not feed off of the crowd they are too busy trying to remember their assignment and the different play kirby might want to run depending on what he sees out there.
