One of the great things about this country is that you're entitled to be a buffoon, and we are free to point it out.

Yeah it's great and everything, you are 100% entitled to boo. But it's terrible form and should only be directed toward something that doesn't hurt LSU.

[link=(But take the Advocate's Advice:)]https://theadvocate.com/sports/lsu/4136317-123/hotard-will-death-valley-rear[/link]. Don't be a douche.

quote:

If you can help the Tigers rebound from a rocky few weeks with a victory Saturday night, you still have a very good chance of seeing your team face Alabama next month with something more on the line than payback.

LSU needs this win Saturday to have any realistic shot of playing for Southeastern Conference and BCS hardware down the road.

It’s hard, no doubt, to blame anyone who stays back at the tailgate party and watches this game in HD with buddies and beer. The economy is tough. Ticket prices are high.

But those who do make it to Tiger Stadium should remember they have a role to play.

Don’t lament the heat or complain about the playcalling.

Don’t leave at halftime to try to beat the traffic.

Stand and cheer. Hoot and holler.

Show what Borné meant when he wrote that poem about Saturday nights in Death Valley.
