I almost lost my shite while running yesterday. I was puckering up my arse cheeks trying to hold it in, and then I was certain I lost my shite a little bit because it felt slightly squishy back there.
I had to turn around and immediately call off my run. I found a bathroom and fortunately my underwear was clean, but I feel for ya, LSUgirl!
I nearly lost my shite yesterday afternoon! It's not fun.
