WRs and Offensive Lineman need better coaching. That would be a good start. The WRs do not get open enough and when they do, they drop the ball. These are extremely talented guys that would be studs at most other schools. We have incredible talent on the O line as well. Ben Wilkerson comes in for 1 year and we all of a sudden improve dramatically, he leaves and almost the same line is worse then it ever was.

Play calling. It truly has gotten to the point where horrendous would be a nice thing to say about it. When a defense has weaknesses, we do not attack those weaknesses we say make them stop us (ie running the ball up the middle against Alabama). When we have players with certain strengths and abilities we do not run plays to accent those strengths and abilities we run the same shite we always have and say "make them stop us" (ie Russell Sheppard never getting any sweeps or trick plays). When we have guys that can't run our normal plays, we run them anyway and say "make them stop us" (IE Mett doing any sort of running the football or using our power backs to run around the edges).

The main reason we run the ball the way we do is to keep the defense fresh. It supposedly keeps them off the field. Well, going 3 and out every possession seems to be doing just the opposite IMO. IMO I would rather have WVU's offense and let the chips fall when it comes to Chavis and our athletes on D. Honestly, I don't see how they would be on the field any more then they are right now.

Partially agree here. The O line foot work, knowledge of assignment, and speed off of the ball was poor. The WR are failing to get good separation and routes are consistently just short of the needed yardage for the play. I would like to see the O line coach on the field not in the box as I feel he would be more effective there. The injuries to the O line have been devestating. Im not sure thre is improved coaching that will help our "extremely talented guys" to catch balls that hit them in both hands though.

Again partially agree. Im not sure bama D had a "weakness" last year but up the middle was certainly not it. I would assume this was why LSU attacked the perimeter with option, which unfortunately fialed too. I would like to see some increased misdirection plays. I would like to see some utilization of Shep but I'm not as convinced as others that he has not had oppurtunities to shine.

Not a team in the nation that would not want WVU offense or their athletes on that squad. Mett is not Geno and our WR are not WVU WR.
