I just was not confident in WKU tonight. I know a lot of people were on them in this thread (though sometimes that is bad), and was gonna join them. Then I saw the line movement. Didn't like it, so I didn't lock in the bet. Simple as that.
Normally, I'm with you. There were a few games earlier this season where I had some late steams against my line, but I was confident and it hit. Others didn't.
Bottom line, I'm nowhere near a great handicapper, and if I see some late sharp money coming in against a team I liked, I'm probably gonna lay off unless I'm super confident.

You're cool. If i came across holier than thou it was unintended. I'm not quitting my day job either. I have good weeks and bad weeks.
There have been instances where I got talked out of a game I liked and then the game I liked hit easily....and that just royally pissed me off. So I try to never let it happen. I like the idea of being able to know whether I have an acumen for this stuff or not...even when signs point in the direction of "doesn't have acumen".
