Im going to baste with wing sauce roughly 5 to 10 mins before they come off. What should I marniate with tonight or early tomorrow morning?

I get some little spicy garlic packets from McCormick or something
Follow instructions and they came out awesome
Sauced some in wing sauce and some in Carolina BBQ sauce

Honestly just a normal brine with sugar and salt is the key. Your flavor will come from the baste, but the brine will make them juicy.

Easy recipe for Asian style wings. Season with salt and pepper and a little olive oil. Grill. Toss in some "House of Tsang. Pad Thai sauce" (can be found on the Asian aisle in a jar). Throw back on the grill to caramelize. Easy and delicious.
