The real question is how did I become an LSU fan. 
I'm originally from Sioux Rapids (20 mi. south of Spencer) - graduated from UNI and got a job at a firm in Spencer.
My dad banks with a guy who graduated from LSU - he took my brother and I to a game in 2001, and I fell in love with the Tigers. That's how I became a Tiger fan.
