Seems like a stiff penalty and the judge must be nuts. I assume this guy will most likely be sacked from his job and live the rest of his days with a tainted reputation. A more reasonable punishment in my brain would be probation and have him reach into the old coin purse for a fine.

well he worked for Dicks sporting goods,and had got fired a few days after his arrest
