I think the thinking was that he was going to get offered more. Not to mention that we have Greer, Robinson and Patrick and Porter was injured a lot so it wasn't good to have four guys getting big money for two/three spots. (not saying it's right, but just saying that it was a calculated decision.)

Our running game is crap though, and Colston was decent yesterday, but pretty insignificant as far as the rest of the season.
