Can't help in NOLA, but anyone done the Ruffino's one? We had some of the classes bought for us and haven't taken the class, any one know what they are like?

I've been to a bunch at Ruffinos. More of a demonstration but fun as hell. He cooks several items, depending on the class and everyone gets a plate and a wine to pair up with it and he gives you a small file with all the evenings recipes on it. It's a fun gig for a Monday. Haven't been in a while. We did a BBQ one and they had some good craft beers, a sous vide one, Italian one and an American I believe. Did a French technique class that was good. Peter gets his dad to help and he's funny as hell. Old school New Orleans restaurateur with some good stories.

In NOLA I'm sure Delgado has some leisure classes and what's that gals name down there? I'll think of it.
