No rule in the book against 5th Wheels or Campers, just think you have to have your truck out of the lot before noon. Can't stay hooked up.
Correction. I park in TD Village with a 5th wheel. You are not allowed to leave the lot in a vehicle 6 hours before kickoff so if the kickoff is at 6:00 you could not drive your pull vehicle out of the lot after noon.
Just the opposite of what you are saying is true. If you pull a trailer/5th wheel into the lot you HAVE to keep your vehicle in the lot with the RV. That is purely for safety reasons. Think of the worst case scenario - the RV catches on fire. You have to have your tow vehicle there to pull that RV out. As for keeping your RV and pull vehicle hooked up that all depends on how long your RV is. If the RV and pull vehicle together are no longer than the parking space then you can keep them hooked up. I have a 35' 5th wheel so that would be too long. I unhook and then back the truck in under the over hand.
Generators - all must be vented high enough to move the exhaust higher than the RV. I secure two vent pipes attached to my back ladder and have an extension vent pipe welded to the generator. So, my exhaust goes straight from my generator out the top of the vent pipes.
There is a safety patrol officer who makes his rounds in TV. I am checked every year.

I actually enjoy the generator requirement. It makes it such a better place to tailgate. I have no probelm with that just dont want to get shut out with my brother who needs some fun

Never was certain about it. My crew has motorhomes, but we were without them for the first game and were scrambling to find out about the 5th Wheels. Weren't sure about the truck and the generator. Makes sense.
