It will be damn near impossible to fire a man who has done the following in 176 games:

1. 141-35 record (80.1%)
2. 84-22 in Big XII play (79.2%)
3. 8/13 AP top ten finishes (2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2007, 2008, 2010)
4. 11/13 AP top twenty five finishes (only seasons not ranked are 1999 and 2009)

I honestly think one of the biggest problems is that damn QB Landry Jones. I honestly think the mentality of this team can change when he is gone. What a wuss that guy is and he has no leadership skills.
