Mid Range Passing Game

I think the big difference between last seasons offensive attack and this season is the lack of the mid range passing gane. The loss of Meachem and Henderson to stretch the field and keep the safety's honest is really hurting the receivers production (besides the obvious dropped passes).Last year, the speedsters would pull he safteys deep while Graham/Colston/Moore were getting mismatched on linebackers and niclebacks in the slot eating up large chunks of yardage. Until Henderson gets back on the field or the rook becomes more consistent, we will need to get more creative on the play calling to upon up these play makers open.

No vertical game at all
this and it seems defenses are running some straight bump and run man with bringing 5 rushers with no fear at all.. it looks like the way to play our offense at this point and the boys will have to adjust and beat it

Gonna take a lot of 10+ play drives with the way we currently are set on offense. Lots of shots on Brees, lots of chances for drives to stall.
