not really defending Happy's ... but it's not the only place i have ever seen or heard of people complaining about their end of the night tabs being higher than they expected .. i doubt Happy's corners this market .. with that said, the person opening the tab a lot of times bears some responsibility too ..

Agreed. Ivar's has always been one of the worst for me.
