re: UPDATED: Getting people to stay for the whole game -- top ideas in OP

Here's a thought: Instead of trying to convince those people to stay, scan their ticket when they exit and let people outside the stadium pay a "standing room only" price to go fill their seats, and after a certain point in the game it would be free.
