Why the frick would we want to have an air attack in the second half of a game that we are dominating up front.
We have an advantage up front with our oline and rb. Why not take advantage of it.

also, this is the reason we are able to get great non conference games. CLM is a class act and we dont run up the score...sure we beat down people but opposing schools appreciate that we do not embarrass them (opposing OOC coaches have made comments like this before)
eta: no teams want to play USC's of the world because of stupid shite like this
