Dude, she's 5. Just let her kick the damn ball around the yard. If soccer is something she likes and sticks to, technique etc won't really come into play until her middle school years.

Practice = 1 player, 1 ball. If any coach tries to line them up in 'positions' or tactics they are responsible for destroying creativity in youth soccer. Ideally your daughter will be playing 4v4 until she is 9 and continue to play 4v4 to improve.
