It's not actually a grad school, it's sort of a professional development program for bankers. A few weeks over two or three summers. Like I said, somewhat useful if you don't have an academic background in finance or related area...if you came into banking from another major or another career, consider it. Otherwise. I'd give it a pass if your employer will let you without consequences. OTOH, if your bank is a stickler for that kind of shite, maybe best to just bite the bullet. It's no mental strain for someone who's had the undergrad classes, just takes up your time.

I want to be a CPA and one day be a CFO for a bank.....working on the CPA now....climbing the corporate ladder....I don't want to be in lending / sales.

I would love to become a consultant for bank boards once I get some gray hair....
