Thats the thing. if they assume that mike did the killings, then they will know that the money is still flowing as mike has no reason to kill them all if they are being paid off. Remember tat mike was killed the SAME day that the lawyer was caught in the bank, and it is very believable that mike would not have known that the cops were after him at the park had walt not warned him.

With mike disappearing and leaving his granddaughter at the park, and the other people in jail being killed within a week, it is more believable that mike was killed along with those people than it would be that mike did the killing.

Considering how much manpower hank has invested and how many gut instincts that he has had that came true, hank will not let something slip through again. the only remaining people known to hank are lydia, which will show up clean if walt is being honest about getting out of the game, and jesse as the only person who was known to have the blue meth, and his car and belongings were found with tuco out in the desert. as long as jesse's money is intact and doesnt get siezed, there is nothing for hank to go on no matter how much is known.
