Is this expected to cause significant flooding along the river where it crosses hwy 22 between Pontchatula and Madisonville? Should that area be evacuating?

Yes, in the 83 flood Delattes had 2+ft of water in the store. I live between the store and the river and my neighbor a police officer said that we were to evacuate.
