when did he say it's okay? it's just reality. If ESPN is going to shut 33 million people out of online viewing, they will turn to wherever it is available, which in this case is pirated online streaming.

So? Its reality that people sneak into games or concerts. Does that mean they should lower the ticket costs? The point people don't get is its THEIR content. Just because you want it a certain way and have the ability to steal it, doesn't mean they are obligated to cave in. Maybe its not profitable for them to offer it the way you want.
