Here is my prediction for Baton Rouge:
Tues
4:00 pm. Wow, this might get bad.
6:00 pm. Hope we keep power
10:00. Hear the rain?
11:00 I'm tired, goodnight
Wed
8:00 am. Is it bad? It's raining
10:00 am. Think the eyes here yet
Noon. I think the worst is yet to come
2:00 pm. Hey, the sun's out
This is about it.
Tues

Bet it's significantly later and significantly further west of the forecast track.
