Anyone tried Troy Landry's Choot Em Andouille?

They sell it at Rouse's. There was very little selection of andouille over at the market, only Veron, Richard's, and Choot Em. Veron's andouille looks too light. I'm not a big fan of Richard's. And Choot Em was half the price of the Veron.
Any info? Like what outfit actually makes the Choot Em?
