Well, they've certainly gained power if not necessarily magic. The whole Faith Militant stuff and High Septon and those nun-like women (I should be able to remember what they're called that imprisoned Sersi all seemed to have an increased influence and poer.

I don't know that they've went into much details about what type of magic the seven were supposed to have - other than maybe granting prayers in their roles.
