Sorry to change the subject, but do any of the theories that y'all read ever mention Patchface? I want to beat the shite out of that annoying fool, but there is something more than meets the eye with him. He is sinister.

He predicted Renly's death

quote:

He began to sing. “The shadows came to dance, my lord, dance my lord, dance my lord,” he sang, hopping from one foot to the other and back again. “The shadows came to stay, my lord, stay my lord, stay my lord.”He jerked his head with each word, the bells in his antlers ringing up a clangor.

and the red wedding

quote:

“Fool’s blood, king’s blood, blood on the maiden’s thigh, but chains for the guests and chains for the bridegroom, aye aye aye.”

No worries. We're all gettin' nerdy in here. Plenty of it to go around.

Patchface foreshadows A LOT of things that come to pass.

For instance:

quote:

"The shadows come to dance, my lord, dance my lord, dance my lord," he sang, hopping from one foot to the other and back again. "The shadows come to stay, my lord, stay my lord, stay my lord."

Melisandre Shadow Baby?

quote:

Fool's blood, king's blood, blood on the maiden's thigh, but chains for the guests and chains for the bridegroom, aye aye aye."

The Red Wedding.

That little bastard speaks and I'm all in for what he has to say now.

Melisandre is also frightened of him:

quote:

That creature is dangerous. Many a time I have glimped him in my flames. Sometimes there are skulls about him, and his lips are red with blood
