That's awesome
I could definitely use that (IT work as well). I had a dude one time call in to the help desk because he couldn't get his printer to work. So I started asking the basic questions; make, model, and serial number, asked for his computer name etc.
After about 5 minutes of searching the database I couldn't locate it. So I start asking more questions and the guy finally goes "well I brought this printer from home, does that help?"
I was like no sir, not unless you want your personal printer to become a government owned printer. He said what do you mean? So I had to explain to him that no personal devices from home can be brought into work for government use due to potential viruses, etc.
Like, how dumb do you have to be?!![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/Iconbanghead.gif)
