I'm fairly confident that Miller basically repeats whatever someone says in his ear. Basically a commentators version of Ron Burgundy 
.
ex: During the opening round of the US Open when talking about the 3some of Tiger, Bubba, and Phil; "we haven't seen this kind of star power in one threesome since Nicklaus, Trevino, and Miller were paired together".
