That doesn't make much sense, if you were using your Intel GPU before then your FPS should be a LOT better now using the AMD GPU.
You've got the latest drivers for our cards now so idk.

I system restored again, don't know why the fps wasn't as good, but I see now that it is using my radeon card so thats good. Even though the little intel icon in the tray is always there no matter what, it does switch to my amd while gaming. I know because it was unplugged and I tried to run the game and didn't realize it was unplugged. The fps was horrible because it tried to use the intel. When I did realize I plugged it back in and my fps skyrocketed. The only thing is I don't get why the intel icon dissappeared from the tray when I updated to 12.7 beta last night?
