Is Ascension really considered rural?

Not a big deal but just shows you how reporters print stuff without having details correct.

Hardly

Some parts of the St. Amant district are rural-ish, but unfortunately this tree is a myth as evidence by the lack of blue chip prospects anywhere for the Gators.
