I am in one and I hate it. All the Qb's go in the first round, so if you have a late round pick you might as well mail it in. You are done without a Stud QB. You may get the top RB/WR but QBs smoke their numbers. Like the prior poster said, much less strategy involved.

I'm in a league where we can put a qb in our flex. I had Brady/Brees last year and rolled to the 'ship.
