I have to agree, I'm surprised more people don't realize this. He has effectively ran off 2 offensive coordinators and imposed this dysfunction of an offense on his offensive coordinators. His assistants are what have saved him, remember when we had co-defensive coordinators and how everyone wanted to fire him? Well the offense has performed that way for 4 years and he's only getting a pass on that because the defense and special teams have won us games. Les doesn't want to hire a "real" OC.
