I see someone noticed the pun!
But seriously this is no more morally reprehensible than Cantona's Kung Fu kick, or David Luiz's elbows, or Defoe biting Mascherano, or all of Roy Kean's tackles and close to all of Shawcross'. In all those cases the players stayed.
Luis should get a hefty fine and will probably see disciplinary action from the FA. But that should be it.

ETA:If you are OK with that guy putting on a Pool kit then you are just as bad as he is. Why would you want that guy to represent your club?

Dude, he bit a player. He had to go out of his way to bite him. It's not at all like a tackle or an elbow, which happens in every game.
He bit the guy's arm. You aren't supposed to do anything with your mouth in a game, unlike your elbows and legs.
