Yes if we win... But I think there is another scenario we can go through depending on YBs

Noooo Suso! That's what happens when he is on his right.

anyone else not that big a fan of joe allen? I swear he makes some asinine challenges sometimes. Just irks me.

I think he's been over worked. He could probably use a holiday. But other than that I think very highly of him. I'm absolutely happy that we brought him in last summer.

Also, hes not a natural DM... He's been put in that position...
Wow, that was a close call at the end... just finished up watching!

Lucas is the fulcrum of the squad. With him coming back on I think we should finally see Allen succeed in his natural position.

I agree and I think Joe is fine to fill in at DM in a pinch... but I hope we get proper cover for Lucas this summer... I dont think its a must in January..

Micheal Owen has claimed that he is injury prone because of Liverpool. He said he was overplayed as a youngster and that has hampered him in the long run. He went on to say had he joined Manchester United as a youngster, he would have been able to perform at his best for a longer run and won more trophies.

I read it and cant really disagree with what was said...
He did end with this...
"But would I change anything if I could rewind the clock? Not a chance! The best years of my life were at Liverpool."

Doesn't make it any better in my opinion. Calling out the club who revered you as legend. After you betrayed them for $$$. He's an arse.

I'm afraid the same thing will happen with Sterling.

yeah, I was thinking the same when I read that article... I think he's being played out of necessity and think Rodgers would prefer to rotate him with a more experienced guy... it may be different if he was scoring like Owen was at that age... Memories... I think I might get a bit emotional..

I am too. And I realize Owen's development may have been harmed by the way he was played. But he just keeps digging himself into a hole with the club that made him who he is. Sometimes people should just hold their tongue.
